I was quite satisified when the images became slightly grotesque (as here) - this seemed appropriate to both the inherantly flawed concept of the 'ideal' image and also the confused ideal of beauty that the source material tries to represent.

averaging the pixel-colour values in a series of images (this image is an
amalgamation of around 15 images). The source-images were taken from the
